Recordings and consent forms are submitted via MS Forms. Links to these forms will be available on your ELE page.

Your CEDAR PGT Handbook includes further information, including a step-by-step guide to using MS Forms.

Consent forms

Submissions must:

  • contain all pages of the University consent form
  • include all required signatures
  • be received before the submission deadline
  • follow the university consent statements/script provided (if a consent recording)

Clinical recordings

For clinical recordings and larger files, we recommend submitting your work at least 1 – 2 working days before the deadline, in case you have issues uploading.

File size limit

The file size limit for MS Forms is currently 1GB. If your file is bigger you will need to reduce this. You should seek guidance from your Workplace IT Team on permitted ways to reduce recording files, e.g. using Handbrake.fr, VLC, PowerPoint, or other software.

Recordings can take several hours to upload if the file size is large or internet connection slow. If you're submitting from off campus, please ensure you have a strong and reliable internet connection.

File naming

For clinical assignments (e.g. competency tapes where you are visible) please use the following file name format:

“Studentname_assignmenttitle.mp3/mp4”

Please double check the document(s) you are submitting is the intended version of the assessment.
