Students in accommodation managed by Falmouth Exeter Plus
If you are in Glasney, Packsaddle, or Tuke House, please email the Accommodation Office via accommodation@fxplus.ac.uk to request a move.
More information about moving rooms is in the terms and conditions of your accommodation agreement.
Please wait at least two weeks after moving in before making any requests. We will then consider any requests for moving.
We cannot guarantee that you will be able to move rooms. We will assess any request on a case-by-case basis.
Students in private accommodation
If you are living in private accommodation, please refer to your provider's specific policies about room moves.
Students living in Exeter
To register your request to move, you must submit a form. Follow these steps:
- select ‘Log your question’ at the bottom of the page
- choose the Question type ‘Accommodation’
- choose the Sub question type ‘Changing accommodation’
- complete the form
You will receive acknowledgement from the Accommodation Office within five working days. This will detail next steps and where you can get advice and support in the meantime.

Fees for students living in Exeter
If you are offered a change of room and accept it, there will be a contract variation fee of £50.
