Lost UniCards on Exeter campuses
Please don’t worry if you lose your UniCard, we are here to help you get a replacement card.
We will contact you if your UniCard is handed into us as lost property.
If you lose your UniCard, you will need to buy a replacement via the University of Exeter online store. You can select where you would like your UniCard to be sent. You will receive an email once it is ready to collect.
You can also choose to collect your replacement UniCard from the Student Information Desk (SID):
- in the Forum building on Streatham Campus
- at the Info Point at South Cloisters on St Luke's Campus
You must show another form of identification such as a bank card, driving licence or passport, when you collect your new card.
If you need a replacement card immediately, please come in person to the Forum or Info Point at South Cloisters.

We will contact you if your UniCard is handed into us as lost property.
If you lose your UniCard, you will need to buy a replacement via the University of Exeter online store. You can select where you would like your UniCard to be sent. You will receive an email once it is ready to collect. You can also choose to collect your replacement UniCard from:
- Penryn Info Point
Your card will be printed and available to collect within three working days between 9am and 5pm. You must show another form of identification such as a bank card, driving licence or passport, when you collect your new card.
If you need a replacement card immediately, please come in person to the Penryn Info Point in the Peter Lanyon Building reception between 9am and 5pm.

Stolen UniCards
If your UniCard has been stolen, please report the stolen card to the police. You will need to provide SID with your Crime Reference Number so we can replace your UniCard for free.
