If you are a new student, you need to apply for a UniCard using your campus UniCard Application Portal. Access this portal by visiting the UniCard webpage.
What happens next
Once we have reviewed your application, you will receive an email to let you know whether your photo has been accepted. If it has not been accepted, we will provide a reason for this.
When your application has been approved, we will tell you how and when you can collect your card.

Existing UniCard holders
If you are a current student continuing onto a new course, you do not need to apply for a new UniCard. You will be issued a new UniCard using the photograph we already have on file for you. This will be ready for your course start date.
If you have a query about your card or the photo on record, follow these steps:
- select ‘Log your question’ at the bottom of the page
- choose the Question type ‘Uni admin’
- choose the Sub question type ‘UniCard’
- write your question and submit
